The hardware mainly adopts MCU made by well-known manufacturers, such as the STMicroelectronics, Infineon, Renesas Technology, has the ability to design, develop, complete set production, test from hardware to software. In 2007, automotive electronics department started to research and develop the automobile diagnostic instrument, though a half year already completed the sample testing diligently. It based on 16-byte MCU, CAN and K communication bus, compatible majority series vehicle type of a certain brand automobile. Through CAN or K line connecting passenger vehicle's ECU, has the functions including read fault code, clear fault code, read static/dynamic data stream, functional element test, ECU basic setup, ECU programming, matching and so on. Combined automobile decoder with engine analyzer technology, support and display with Chinese, completely Chinese character fault code, LCD display; The software is easy to update and also easy to connect the computer. It is the necessary test and examination tool in automobile repairing factories. At present we are making the improvement for compatible OBD-II. At the beginning of 2008, to research and develop four-wheel drive motorcycle control system for a domestic famous motorcycle manufacturer and control products including: automatic shift control, ignition control, electronic injection control, LED display, fault diagnostic instruments etc. The controller's MCU adopts STMicroelectronics, communicate with CAN bus. The product design involves gear shift strategy, engine control strategy, fuel oil efficiency control strategy, emission control strategy, LED display, calibration and fault display, they combined with a complicated control system unit by respectively independent and also correlative each other. All of the control system's software and hardware completely designed by our company, up to now we had entered into later period's test phase. It is estimated that it was going into mass production and put on the market at the end of this year, the annual output about 10000 sets one year. Our company faces the future, positively develops the AMT control system as well as hybrid electric system with the strategy cooperation partner. Our company was responsible for the software programming and the test task, estimated that in 2009 may complete the development work comprehensively. The embedded automotive electronics development domain is a luminescent spot which company will develop in the future.
