the heat source of Zhang Ye district heating project include 4 sets 59 MW hot water boilers .DZL58-1.6/130/80 type of travelling grate boiler produced by Tianjin BAOCHEN group .the heating substations have 17 sets DANFOSS full-automatic exchanger system, the theories total provides is 171.62 MW. About 2,500,000 square meters of heat supplement.
Control system adopt full Siemens solution; boiler control subsystem adopt S7-400 redundancy structure, all parts include PLC, communication, server all for the redundancy mode and insure the high system reliability and stability. Communication adoption is industrial ethernet.
The system bus and the terminal bus are strictly separated. Without interference.
Substation use Siemens special PLC controller SAPHIR, provide with the communication and wireless module, realize the TCP/IP wireless data transmission, the substation is unmanned operation full-automatic controlled.
Supervise and control system is customer/server mode, supervise and control software is Siemens WINCC6.0 and DESIGO INSIGHT 2.3. All datas can be share, harmonize and issue in the whole network.
