一汽6#鍋爐改造項(xiàng)目為北京鍋爐廠生產(chǎn)的F-130/39-H中壓蒸汽煤粉鍋爐，額定壓力39公斤，溫度450度，流量130噸。原傳統(tǒng)控制部件改造為西門子的PCS7過程控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)備，部分傳統(tǒng)儀表改為PA表。但高壓電機(jī)、變頻器、執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)等保留原第三方設(shè)備，要求PCS7系統(tǒng)通過協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換或總線和第三方設(shè)備進(jìn)行通訊。
軟硬件采取西門子強(qiáng)大的PCS7過程控制系統(tǒng)，ET200M分布式模塊，PA表和PROFIBUS數(shù)據(jù)總線，全冗余結(jié)構(gòu)，做到了可靠、安全、穩(wěn)定、擴(kuò)展性的完美統(tǒng)一。
PLC和上位機(jī)通訊采用了工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)傳感器執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)通訊采用PROFIBUS，高壓電機(jī)保護(hù)的通采用MODBUS。
項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)了水位、溫度、爐膛負(fù)壓的自動(dòng)控制以及連鎖保護(hù)。報(bào)表、安全管理、發(fā)布功能完善。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定良好。
